Can you make it easier to mark these as reviewed?
Anytime I double-click and change a field on a transaction, it should automatically remove the blue bubble.

Quicken Mac has ONLY a one line transaction register. The columns are configurable as you can include or exclude which columns to show in the register. There is a Settings feature at the bottom of each register, so you can customize per register. It's easy to do. Mind you that Quicken Mac is a completely different product than Quicken Windows.     I would be okay with this as long as there's a user-settable preference such as 'Mark reviewed when transaction is edited: yes/no'. Personally, I don't always consider my transactions reviewed just because I edit a field.
    You might want to go to and VOTE for the IDEA post below which would allow you to assign a keyboard shortcut to Mark Reviewed.

    I agree..I do not believe this should be automatic, for many reasons. At best it could be an option.

    Having a setting for this would be fine for me. It's just annoying to go in and adjust a transaction, then have to go and click again to mark it as reviewed. For the rare occasion when I don't want it marked as reviewed, I can manually reset it. From my standpoint, if you are editing a transaction, then, by definition, it has been reviewed.
    I'm thinking about how nice the interface on YNAB is, which I use in conjunction with Quicken. YNAB behaves like this. I use both because YNAB doesn't handle investments, and Quicken doesn't deal with the envelope budgeting system.
    There has been multiple times where I accidentally selected the mark all as reviewed in this process. Having that either harder to select or a secondary dialog to verify the selection would be beneficial.

    My version (Quicken Starter 2018 R 11.18) used to mark transactions as reviewed when a field was edited, which I also found convenient, but it stopped doing this in the last few weeks. I would like to see a user settable option preferably, but failing that a shortcut key to mark an individual transaction reviewed.

    You do the following to review/unreview, clear, or unclear multiple transactions at once:
    1. Select the transactions
    2. Right (or control) click them and choose the option to Set Status of Selected Transactions to (your desired choice)

    Note: 'Reviewed' and 'Cleared' are different things.
